We started in 2003 as Great Lakes Investments & Development Group, sourcing and rehabbing Detroit properties for real estate investors. As our client base grew, from investors buying one property to owners scaling portfolios of dozens of homes, we built out full-service property management, standalone maintenance dispatch, and structured investment consulting under one roof, backed by a licensed Detroit real estate brokerage.
Today we operate under two names for two audiences. Great Lakes IDG works with investors sourcing, renovating, and scaling Detroit portfolios. Great Lakes PMG works with owners who already have a Detroit rental and need someone reliable to manage or maintain it. Same team, same 23 years of local market knowledge, either way.
